What warranty does ZEON offer, and how do I raise a claim if something goes wrong?
Every ZEON piece comes with a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery. During this period, all manufacturing defects and plating issues are resolved completely free of cost — including return shipping from our end.
What's covered: Manufacturing defects and premature plating fade or peeling under normal wear.
What's not covered: Damage caused by perfume, deodorant, chlorine, or chemicals; scratches from mishandling; or normal wear over time.
How to claim: Send a clear photo of the issue along with your order details via WhatsApp or email → our team will confirm eligibility within 48 hours → ship the piece with your original invoice via trackable courier → once inspected, we will repair or provide a suitable resolution.

What is ZEON's Lifetime Re-plating service, what does it cost, and how does the process work?
ZEON's Lifetime Re-plating means that whenever your piece starts to look dull — whether that's one year later or five — you can always send it back to us for professional re-plating and have it restored to its original finish. No expiry. No conditions.
Charges:
- Within 6-month warranty: Completely free — zero charges
- After warranty — for life: A nominal charge of just ₹299 or ₹499 per piece (depending on the item)
Important condition: The piece must have all stones intact to be eligible for re-plating. Pieces with missing or loose stones cannot be processed.
Turnaround time: Up to 25 working days from the date we receive your piece. Return shipping is covered by ZEON; courier charges to our studio are borne by the customer.
Process: Initiate a request via WhatsApp or email → confirm your preferred finish (Rhodium/Silver or Gold) → pack securely and ship with a copy of your original invoice via trackable courier → we'll keep you updated at every step.
What is ZEON's Lifetime Exchange policy — how much value do I get, what are the eligibility conditions, and is a cash refund possible?
ZEON's Lifetime Exchange program allows you to trade in your old ZEON piece at any point in time and receive store credit towards a new piece from our current collection. There is no expiry and no time limit.
Exchange Value:
- Within the first 6 months: 25% of invoice value as store credit
- After 6 months — for life: 15% of invoice value as store credit
Eligible pieces must have: Original ZEON piece with invoice, all stones intact, no broken or bent parts, and must not have been tampered with or altered in any way.
Not eligible: Pieces with missing or chipped stones, cracked or bent pieces, pieces that have been altered or reworked, or pieces without proof of purchase.
Process: Contact us via WhatsApp or email with photos and order details → pack securely and ship with your original invoice via trackable courier → our team physically inspects the piece → once verified, store credit is issued to your account → redeem it against any piece from the current ZEON collection.
