At ZEON, we are committed to delivering your jewellery safely, securely, and on time. We offer complimentary shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

Order Processing

All orders are carefully processed and packed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, standard delivery usually takes 4–7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities may receive orders sooner, while remote areas may require additional transit time.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on selected orders and serviceable pin codes across India. ZEON reserves the right to disable COD on certain orders at its discretion.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email and SMS/WhatsApp so you can monitor your shipment in real time.

Packaging

Every ZEON order is packed in our signature protective packaging to ensure your jewellery reaches you in perfect condition.

Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeline, delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally occur.
