At ZEON, every piece is carefully crafted, inspected, and packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Due to the delicate and hygienic nature of jewellery, we maintain a strict return and refund policy.
Returns
We only accept returns in the following cases:

You received a wrong product

You received a damaged product

You received a defective item

The product was damaged during transit
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

Clear unboxing video
-
Photos of the product and packaging
Products returned without an unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.
Items must be:

Unused and unworn
-
Returned in original packaging
-
Accompanied by invoice and all accessories
ZEON reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Used or worn jewellery

Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Minor color or finish variations caused by photography or screen settings

Customized or personalized products
-
Earrings and hygiene-sensitive items

Products purchased during special clearance or final sale offers
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

COD order refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit
Shipping charges, COD fees, and convenience charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by ZEON.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct product-to-product exchanges for regular orders.
However, eligible customers may avail ZEON’s Lifetime Exchange service as per the terms mentioned in our Lifetime Exchange Policy.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
ZEON reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

Payment verification issues

Suspected fraudulent transactions

Pricing or technical errors
Damaged Parcel
If the outer packaging appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse the package or record a clear video before opening it and contact us immediately.
